Darras, MD Since its inception 40 years ago, the field of child neurology has continued to expand both in volume and in scope, as discussed in part 1 of this 3-part series.1 This article describes the current state of the field, residency training, and the accreditation structure, and discusses how child neurology training must evolve to meet growing demands in clinical practice and research.
